This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP), published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on 5 July 2010, and its Regulations. This law governs the processing of personal data held by private parties in Mexico and establishes the rights of data subjects (ARCO rights).

We collect personal data through the following means:

To exercise any of these rights, please send a written request to info@saventario.com including: your full name, a description of the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of an official identification document. We will respond within 20 business days as required by Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.
If you consider that your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI), the supervisory authority for data protection in Mexico (www.inai.org.mx).
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission. Technical log data is retained for up to 12 months. Where you have withdrawn consent or exercised your right to cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your data within the timeframe required by law, except where retention is required for legal compliance purposes.
We implement technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data we hold, in accordance with Article 19 of the LFPDPPP. These measures include secure HTTPS transmission, access controls, and regular review of our data handling practices. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is entirely immune from risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
